reservation

STEP,01

Once you have decided on your desired date, time, store, vehicle type, etc., please make a reservation online.

■Please decide your desired date and time, store, car type, etc.

■An email address is also required.

*Reservations for the same day or the next day cannot be made online.

Please contact us by phone.

Free shuttle bus

STEP,02

On the day of your reservation, a free shuttle bus will pick you up from the airport to your reserved store.

*In the unlikely event that you will be late, please be sure to call the store in advance.

STEP,03

On the day of your reservation, please inform the staff of your reservation details at the store where you made your reservation.

*In the unlikely event that you will be late, please be sure to call the store in advance.

Procedure

STEP,04

Present your driver's license and fill out the necessary information on the documents.

Once you have paid the fee, the procedure is complete.

What you need to do when departing

■Please present the licenses of all drivers.

■If you are paying by credit card, please have your credit card ready.

■Please prepare your own ETC card.

■Please fill in the necessary information on the document and make the payment.

Check vehicle operation, equipment usage, and vehicle body condition (scratches, dents, etc.)

Please leave.

When an accident occurs

■Please move the rental car to a location where it will not obstruct traffic.

■Please provide relief to the injured.

■Contact the police and report the accident. (An accident certificate will be required at a later date)

■Please contact the store you departed from.

■In the case of an accident involving people or property, please confirm the name, phone number, and address of the other party.

When the return time is likely to be delayed

■Please contact the store you departed from.

Return

STEP,06

At the return store, please inform the staff that you are returning the rental car.
Is there any change in gasoline refueling or the condition of the vehicle body (scratches, dents, etc.)?

Please wait in the store while we check.
After inspecting the vehicle, please sign the confirmation and the contract will be terminated.

*If you will be late for the return, please be sure to contact us in advance.
